Who We Are
Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping as many patients as possible achieve their health goals. Ro is the only company to offer telehealth care, at-home diagnostic testing, labs, and pharmacy services nationwide. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 98% of primary care deserts.

Ro was recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 in 2022, listed by Inc. Magazine as a Best Place to Work in 2022 for our third consecutive year, and named one of FORTUNE's 2022 Best Medium Workplaces.

This role will be part of our Care Delivery team reporting to our Director, Care Delivery and will work closely with our Senior Medical Director and Senior Director of Nursing, along with our network of over 100 practitioners. The ideal candidate is an expert tactical executor with experience in implementing workflow changes for clinical providers. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams including Ro’s medical practice leadership, Data, and Product teams to ensure our clinical network is equipped to grow in a way that is sensitive to the needs of our providers, our patients, and the business needs of the organization. You are curious, proactive and care more about getting it right than being right.

What You'll Do:
  • In partnership with our Clinical Leadership team, develop the strategy and execute initiatives for scaling and future-proofing our practitioner network
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to design, and develop robust, scalable workflows, and partner with cross-functional partners on their execution
  • Own onboarding for new providers, including onboarding calendar, policies, and ramp-up timeline. You will work closely with practice leadership to help monitor new hire performance and productivity goals
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve protocols and procedures around onboarding, staffing, incentive structures, and workflow adherence through deep-dive projects, reporting, and direct feedback from our network of clinicians
  • Create and deliver memos and presentations with key insights and recommendations on provider work allocation, hiring, and incentives
  • Support performance management and develop, maintain, and execute incentive programs for our network of practitioners
  • You'll leverage operational data to translate conceptual questions into information for stakeholder decision-making

  • What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 5-7+ years of high-performance experience in operations, management consulting, EMR implementation, or similar roles. You have an  in-depth understanding of healthcare and the provider  experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You have experience presenting to senior, cross-functional stakeholders, and the ability to tailor written and verbal communication to a specific audience
  • You’re comfortable diving deep into the data to get to the root of an issue or inefficiency - you know your way around a spreadsheet and can independently build analyses and work with Data team partners to support your recommendations
  • You can easily  move between big picture thinking and tactical execution
  • You have a passion for building the future of healthcare, where patients are in control
  • You’re excited to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust to evolving priorities.

  • The target salary for this position ranges from $144,900 to $171,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
