We are looking for a curious and driven Senior Network Associate, New Initiatives to join our Network Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the processes within the Network Operations team are working efficiently and effectively by creating and maintaining tools, documents, and resources to house contracts and supporting records. We are looking for a team member who has excellent organization, communication, internal collaboration skills and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. *This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

 

What You’ll Do

  • Implement and support the launch and execution of upcoming team projects related to Network Operations.
  • Execute on administrative duties including organizing, tracking, reporting on special projects.
  • Own bonusing and manual adjustments for BCPS launch (and any subsequent state specific//population specific launches).
  • Assist with implementation of new Talkspace partnerships with varying scale.
  • Support our direct matching team; direct matching clients to providers, reporting, etc.
  • Complete assigned onboarding and offboarding responsibilities daily
  • Correspond with providers via Zendesk to ensure provider questions/concerns are resolved and cared for.
  • Collaborate with the team on any ticket trends or issues found in the application funnel.
  • Exercise critical thinking and problem solving skills to find solutions to problems and to make suggestions for improvements.
  • Assist with project management to ensure projects are on track and within scope
  • Work on auditing our network data to ensure all data is accurate, compliant and up to date on a monthly basis.


About You 

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • You have 1-2 years of previous operations or project management experience preferred.
  • You have a love for data and have worked with large datasets in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Filters, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc).
  • You have previous work experience with technical platforms and funnels.
  • You are energized by working on new project implementation, and are adaptable and flexible with shifting priorities and change.
  • You thrive in a cross-collaborative environment, and can communicate with our Talkspace providers, technical stakeholders, and team leaders.
  • You feel comfortable navigating Business Intelligence Tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • You are organized and are able to manage multiple projects and priorities. 
  • You have service oriented experience, and can lead with empathy.

  • You have previous experience working in healthcare or working with a large distributed network of providers.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.


The base salary range for this role will be $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
