Opportunity 

Twin is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its awesome product team. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with engineers, user experience designers, nutritionists and data scientists to craft personalized nutrition related mobile app product experiences that would assist Twin members reach their desired health outcomes.

Product managers at Twin lead our product development from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams of product designers, backend and mobile engineers, and clinical stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead product efforts in metabolic health treatment for members with metabolic conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, and Obesity.
• Lead the ideation & development of mobile app experiences.
• Write clear product specifications for the product area, spanning a mobile app for members and a web application for our clinical care team.
• Work closely with product design to create a user-centric experience for both our members and our clinical team.
• Write and prepare detailed Jira tickets for upcoming sprints. Work closely with engineering, QA, and product design on refining Jira tickets.
• Partner with the Engineering Lead to drive all agile ceremonies (daily standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, sprint demos, design reviews) and manage phased ramps of product features.
• Partner with business operations team, health coaches, nutritionists on a daily basis to put the feedback loop from members into actionable product deliverables.
• Guide Twin to win over customers by providing customers with what they prefer through personalized experiences.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps; experience in enterprise web apps would be a plus
• Prior experience building nutrition related or equivalent experiences such as health and wellness apps is a must 
• Experience launching at least one mobile product or feature end to end
• Experience in writing clear product requirements, taking a product through its lifecycle including launch planning, metrics establishment & customer feedback
• Self Starter and willingness to adapt amidst ambiguity and complexity
• Data steward and ability to draw conclusions based on product instrumentation 
• Demonstrated experience turning highly complex problems into elegant solutions for users, making the right trade-off decisions in order to develop and launch features with speed and quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing product development from ideation to execution.

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $155,000-$175,000 annually.
