Product and Design: Our Product and Design teams are helping to create a seamless user experience across various platforms to provide the most trusted services and delightful experiences for grading, protecting, managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles. Our grading operation processes millions of collectibles a year and serves as a research hub for collectors across collectible categories. By leading the standards in the collectibles industry, we have earned customer trust that we can leverage across our expanding product offerings such as Vault and Goldin Marketplace.

Team Overview

As the Senior Product Manager leading our Payments and User Profile products, you’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction for how these features are integrated across the Collectors ecosystem end-to-end. Through partnership across our product and tech organization and business stakeholders, you’ll drive the roadmap that streamlines transactions, unlocks new customer experiences, and enriches the overall collector experience. You’ll bring new innovative payment solutions to life that represent our customers' and businesses’ unique needs. Through high attention to detail, you’ll solve problems across our cross-brand sign-on and account management experience that transforms it from transactional to delightful and personalized. 

You’ll join the Shared Services product organization that is responsible for delivering cross-functional technical solutions. This role is eligible to work from any of our US offices (Santa Ana, CA; Bellevue, WA; or Jersey City, NJ). Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1-hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop the strategic planning and execution of payment system enhancements, including payment processing, fraud prevention, billing management, and subscription services.
  • Define and prioritize user profile features and functionalities to improve user experience, personalization, and data security.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery of payment and user profile initiatives, from ideation to implementation.
  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of payment features and user profile enhancements, and iterate based on insights.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and external partners.

Who you are: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product marketing, or related roles driving products. A strong preference for experience in consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies (e.g. Stripe, Shopify, PayPal), including PCI compliance, tokenization, and payment gateways.
  • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps, which involve successfully launching and optimizing payment systems and user profile features at scale
  • Strong drive for results and sense of user empathy to proactively understand pain points and deliver customer delight
  • Manage cross-functional internal teams on scalable implementation projects through effective communications and alignment toward a shared vision

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $135,549 - $220,067. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
