We’re looking for a Senior Quest Designer to join our team in Boston. We are searching for candidates with boundless creativity to enrich our world with quests and exciting stories about characters and the world around them.

Our team is growing and we're looking for people focused on narrative-driven and emotional design, with visual scripting knowledge and a knack for directing and organizing complex projects. As a part of the Quest Design team you will have an opportunity to design, implement and direct your own stories in our world!

Daily Responsibilities

Creating the storyline on a detailed level and a believable world surrounding it.
Designing quests, communities and open world events.
Implementing designed content via visual scripting using a proprietary toolset within UE5.
Planning assets required for the creation of your content.
Cooperate with other departments within an interdisciplinary team for content creation.
Integrating delivered assets (like gameplay elements, locations, characters, dialogue etc.) into a seamless, engaging and unique experience.
Maintaining the highest possible quality of quests, and fixing reported bugs.
Attending content reviews and iterating on Designs and implementation based on provided feedback.
Creating and maintaining design documentation.

Estimated Salary range:

Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $90,000 - $130,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
