DutiesCollaborates with global technology, operations and product partners to co-develop a roadmap and drive product features from concept to launch in an agile environment.Turns insights into product features with actionable outcomesWorks in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success Develop comprehensive project plans that merge stakeholder requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.Monitor project progress continuously and make scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with stakeholders and staying informed of relevant trends and industry newsGuides and coaches an Engineering Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience5 years of project management, product ownership or software product development experienceProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindsetEstablished background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in iterative development, understanding of Agile principlesCustomer first mindsetProactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountabilityExcellent problem-solving skillsExemplifies and promotes Agile values and principlesOutstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skillsKnowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
