Strategic Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and optimize business processes.
• Manage cross-functional projects to drive business results based on financial and performance data.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and consensus.

Qualifications:

• A relevant bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in Business/Finance, and 1-3 years of experience in a Financial or Business Controlling role.
• An outgoing personality, with a love for proactively identifying and tackling issues and opportunities.
• Able to communicate financial matters and performance analytics in an understandable language to the rest of the organization.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-driven, curious, ambitious and passionate in solving professional challenges.
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.

The Team

You will be a valued member of our business partnering team, consisting of you and a Senior Strategic Business Partner led by Asge (our Lead Strategic Business Partner), the team work in strong collaboration with our CFO, MIkkel. The Strategic Business Partner function is driven by excellent cooperation and dynamic sparring with business unit leaders based on analyses of performance data, leveraging insights from a Data team of +10 people. We proactively take ownership of the relationship with our different stakeholders around the organization, develop new ideas and strive to deliver with the highest quality. We take pride in our autonomous way of working. We trust each other to speak up if feeling stuck or if a new perspective is needed and you’ll find us chatting and sparring throughout the day.

Also, as we are a part of the larger Finance function of 30 FTE's, consisting of FP&A, Legal & Compliance, Accounting, and Advanced Analytics and Automation. We're a dynamic group of people with 13 different nationalities, but joined by a shared vision to build one of the best modern finance functions in Denmark.
