About the Role

The Strategy & Operations Associate is a key position that will have the opportunity to influence and impact key initiatives at Charlie Health. Whether you are interested in go-to-market strategies or improving operational efficiencies in our care delivery, this Strategy & Operations role will give you the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that will have a profound impact on the business. In this role, you will identify and develop new strategies to improve key business metrics. We expect that you will be low-ego, eager to join a fast-paced company, hungry to learn, and able to work independently. The Strategy & Operations Associate will be given an exceptional level of autonomy and responsibility, but it is expected that this individual will "think like an owner" and commit themselves to Charlie Health's success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support Charlie Health's growth and services expansion
Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
Conduct in-depth analyses of key business metrics and performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine business strategies and operational plans
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness
Partner with key stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of relevant work experience; consulting or investment banking experience a plus
Experience with SQL is a plus
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office proficiency—Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
Meticulous attention to detail
Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations

Additional Information

The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $120,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and number of years of experience. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
