Let's start with the role

You will join the biggest sub-team of our People department, responsible for sustaining the company’s expansion and headcount growth by servicing our recruiting needs internationally. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead an international team of Talent Acquisition Specialists toward the company's hiring for Technology & Product divisions. 

We are a team of 40 passionate, resilient and people-centric TA professionals. We like connecting weekly through our 30-minute ceremonies, hold monthly retrospectives and share data-driven presentations.

As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for product & data positions, including Product managers, UX/UI designers, Data Scientists /Machine Learning Engineers and other roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.
  • Be accountable for defining recruitment KPIs, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication).
  • Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives, such as employer branding campaigns and recruitment process improvements.

What you'll bring

You’re a self-starter and seek to take on responsibilities and new challenges. You’re a team player and know how to mingle with different kinds of people. You’re passionate about talent acquisition and understand the importance of solid processes and data. But apart from that, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting technical and product roles within the technology industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading and managing a high-performing talent acquisition team in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
