Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
We are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our team. You will work directly with the Learning Lead and Learning Manager to help team members in effectively organizing, planning, and executing training projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, writing manuals, creating Google Slides, organizing, and delivering training sessions for various departments across the organization. It is important for this individual to work with their leadership team to create consistency of content in training sessions and to be able to guide team members to do the same.
This role reports to the Learning Manager in Santa Ana, CA and will work out of our Jersey City, NJ office.

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $23.50. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
