Treasury Assistant

Let's start with the role:

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the Treasury team and contribute to maintaining  the financial soundness of the organization. Daily tasks include third-party payments planning and execution, monitoring account balances, performing reconciliations, and handling internal and external reporting.

• Assist in daily cash management for all Kaizen Group entities.
• Help monitor bank accounts and e-wallets to ensure liquidity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in validating bank charges and maintaining related records.
• Prepare weekly payment plans.
• Operate the payment process, check necessary approvals, and ensure successful electronic execution.
• Address and respond to daily inquiries and issues from suppliers.
• Maintain logs of suppliers and Treasury payments logs and ensure new data is updated into the relevant files.
• Handle ad hoc projects in line with departmental objectives to improve efficiencies and automation.
• Prepare regular reconciliation files and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business;
• Master’s degree in Finance or Banking will be considered an asset;
• 2+ years of working experience in a relevant position, ideally in a corporate international environment
• Excellent computer skills and practical experience with computerized accounting/financial systems;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
