Treasury Reporting Analyst

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Treasury team and help maintain the financial soundness of the organization. Responsibilities include optimizing treasury reports, engaging in projects focused on system automations and supporting Kaizen's global expansion initiatives.

As a Treasury Reporting Analyst  you will:

• Establish procedures to generate precise high-quality Treasury reports;
• Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the Treasury Management System;
• Investigate, address, and assess reporting discrepancies, taking proactive measures to rectify issues or propose enhancements for future endeavors;
• Generate regular reports to guarantee accurate recording and reconciliation of all financial transactions with Back-Office data;
• Assist the treasury team in process enhancement initiatives and system automations;
• Support localizing and transitioning Treasury operations into new jurisdictions;
• Act as a liaison between Product and Finance teams, ensuring seamless integration of new payment methods into Treasury reporting systems;
• Provide support for the Treasury month-end procedures;
• Compile documentation for both internal and external audit requests; actively engage in audit discussions;
• Cultivate positive relationships internally and externally across various levels;
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Science;
• Master’s degree in Finance or Data science will be appreciated;
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in reconciling and analyzing large volumes of data;
• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Previous experience in implementing a Treasury Management System is considered an advantage;
• Ability to integrate business knowledge with understanding of processes, data and systems;
• Familiarity with Alteryx, SQL, or Power BI is advantageous;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to perform well under pressure and in dynamic environments to meet deadlines.
