As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany. Our team consists of smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

We are supported by partners like adidas, Krombacher, Flaschenpost and Scalable Capital, but there are still some bangers in the pipeline that you can be excited about! Furthermore, we are supported by successful investors like Ralf Reichert, the CEO of ESL or the entrepreneur Verena Pausder.

Your mission
  • Ad platform management: You are an expert in the management and optimization of conversion campaigns on well-known ad platforms. Ideally, you already have experience and success in the app marketing environment.
  • Full-funnel optimization: Your greatest strength is data-driven work. You have a broad understanding of funnel events in the user journey and how to optimize them using our marketing measurement tools.
  • User psychology: You understand the drivers and motivations of our users better than anyone else. With your quantitative and qualitative insights, you help our creative team to improve our messaging.
  • Ad frameworks: You have experience with various ad frameworks and have successfully tested and built new channels in the past. In addition to various experiments, you keep the full focus on performance optimization of existing channels.
  • Copywriting: You write texts that resonate with our target group. Clear, understandable and memorable, your texts will turn prospects into loyal users.
  • Analytics: You provide stakeholders with informative insights, formulate recommendations for action and communicate these clearly to all those involved.
  • SKAN: You bring light into the darkness. With the management of SKAN 4.0 Conversion Tracking and ATT, you are the floodlight for the optimization of our IOS campaigns. Conversion values and postback windows defined by you are our measuring tool for SKAN.
  • Creators: In addition to your tasks as an App Marketer, you will support our Prematch Creator Community together with our Marketing team. You will provide insights into the performance of our Creators and help to optimize our creative cycles.
