The Role

We are looking for an outstanding, creative and strategic VP of Marketing to run our North America-facing activity, focusing primarily on our fast-growing adtech business.

This role is all about driving growth through deep customer understanding and effective lead generation campaigns.

The successful candidate will be the perfect combination of a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner, with a passion for brand and telling great stories. Reporting into the Marketing Director, they will own all our US-facing campaigns, leveraging CRM, social, events and more.

This is a rare opportunity to make an impact within an established global business’ key growth area. Experience in B2B and adtech would be a major advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy to drive the growth of our advertising and fan engagement solutions in North America
  • Grow awareness and demand for our solutions through multi-channel campaigns closely aligned to commercial objectives
  • Run measurable lead generation campaigns that deliver high quality leads and demonstrable ROI
  • Regular reporting and analyses on campaign activity
  • Work with Marketing Ops to optimise the sales and marketing funnel using Salesforce and Pardot systems
  • Work with Product Marketing to research customer needs, market intelligence and product feedback
  • Manage our participation in multiple industry and proprietary events t

Skills:

  • 10+ years’ marketing experience (B2B a big plus)
  • An understanding of adtech or fan engagement a major plus
  • Clear experience with lead generation strategy, funnel marketing and CRM
  • Experience using Google Analytics suite and reporting
  • Experience using Salesforce and database management CRM platforms
  • Budget management
  • Understanding of paid media sand events marketing
  • Experience using Pardot or other marketing automation tools

What’s in it for you? 

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $150,000 per annum depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
