We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Health Plan & Distribution VP. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our national sales initiatives with innovative channel partnerships. Our organization offers a rapidly growing product that is currently marketed to employers through healthcare brokers. Building on this success, we are looking to broaden our reach by engaging a diverse network of channel partners in close collaboration with our health plan sales team. The Health Plan & Distribution VP will play a critical role in scaling the growth of this product by strengthening existing relationships, identifying new channel opportunities, and enhancing our nationwide partnership strategy. This includes cultivating new avenues for collaboration beyond traditional health plan channels to drive long-term business growth.
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The target salary range for this position is $189,000 - $210,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
