Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our PCGS Marketing team to drive project management and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll report to the PCGS Marketing Manager and work a hybrid schedule from our Santa Ana office with some occasional travel (3-4 times a year).

What You’ll Do:

Create and own project creative briefs from copywriting, asset collection and goal setting
Facilitate project timelines and deadlines through Monday.com
Work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and goals
Assist with the preparation and scheduling of emails using SalesForce
Works with the events team to promote PCGS events including the Long Beach Expo.
Assist with translations for our international marketing needs.
Assist with updating PCGS adwords campaigns and communicating with our third party adwords team.
Coordinate media planning and online/print media insertions.
Work closely with the larger marketing and creative team
Act as a moderator and community listener on the PCGS forum and social media accounts.

Who You Are:

2-4 years of proven marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, PR or a related field.
5-7 years of proven marketing experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Google AdWords/Analytics preferred
Knowledgeable for the collecting hobby and stays up on its latest trends and news.

Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $26-$35. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
