Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo’s unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to contribute to the economy and monetization strategy of Blitz, a real-money gaming platform.

Role

Give recommendations and contribute to the development of our Monetization strategy by analyzing the performance of in-game events, content, and offers

Manage the virtual economy for “Blitz” and calibrate meta-features to keep our users engaged (missions, challenges, contests, etc.)

Manage pricing strategies for virtual goods and services

Contribute to the Live Ops planning and strategy

Perform competitive analysis by playing our game and competitors' games to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate closely with our Monetization and Art teams to provide valuable input in the strategic planning process

Profile

Master's degree in Business or Engineering

Highly analytical, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills

Deep interest in gaming

English and French proficiency

A team player with a deep collaborative mindset,

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude toward receiving, acting on, and providing feedback

Demonstrated accountability, independence, and Ownership over your work

Experience with SQL, and Tableau is a plus

Estimated Salary range:

Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $40,000 - $60,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
