We are seeking a talented and experienced FP&A Analyst (Mid-Level to Senior) to play a pivotal role in our finance team. This individual will be instrumental in transforming raw financial and operational data into actionable insights, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting informed business decisions.
Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly product P&Ls to support various business unit owners and help them understand various performance metrics.
Variance Analysis: Perform month to month flux and variance analysis to help understand the trend.
Revenue Operations: Help the team with building revenue related models and analytics i.e: Pipeline, retention, commission validation etc.
Accounting Close Support: Be the bridge between FP&A and Accounting function to review tasks performed by the accounting team to align with FP&A guidelines.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct various manual financial analyses as required by the finance team.
Contract Analysis: Extract specific financial and non-financial information from a large volume of contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
Presentation Development: Design and edit professional-quality slides for internal and external presentations, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
Data Management: Clean and organize data within broader financial systems (i.e: Netsuite, Salesforce) and other transaction systems to ensure data integrity and facilitate accurate reporting.
Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with members of the finance and accounting team to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience of working in an FP&A team for 2 to 4 years.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills is a MUST.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Shift Detail: Night shift, (10:00 pm, BST - 6:00 am, BST)
Workdays: Monday to Friday
