• Create visually stunning animations that elevate the emotional highs of casino promotions while ensuring technical efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the team—work alongside graphic designers, developers, and product owners to integrate animations seamlessly into promo features.

• Ensure performance optimization—export, optimize, and fine-tune animations for smooth performance across all devices.

✅ What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in 2D animation for slot games, casino promos, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of promo mechanics (Jackpots, Free Spins, Tournaments, Wheel of Fortune).

• Mastery of Esoteric Spine, Adobe After Effects (plus plugins), and Adobe Photoshop.

• Expert in VFX and celebratory animations that enhance player experience and retention.

• Proven ability to optimize animations for smooth performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• A proactive, idea-driven mindset—you take ownership, contribute concepts, and shape animation strategies.

• Experience with 3D animation software is a plus but not required.
