Are you passionate about designing detailed and visually stunning in-game assets for AAA games? We are currently seeking a skilled 2D Artist to join our team. As a 2D Artist you will contribute to the creation of high-quality assets that enhance the game's immersion and aesthetic appeal.  

Your primary responsibility will be to create in-game branding and illustration assets that align with our project and studio standards. With your creativity and keen eye for detail, you'll craft visually compelling posters, logos, murals, illustrations and more that enhance the immersion and believability of the in-game world.

Responsibilities: 

• Create detailed and high-quality 2D assets for branding and illustration that meet project and studio standards 

• Work with Lead Artists to ensure timely completion of game assets 

• Communicate regularly with the Lead Artist regarding the status of current tasks 

• Obtain Lead Artists guidance and approval as required to advance tasks 

• Continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and / or in-house tools 

• *Coordinate with Senior and/or Lead Artists with mentoring Junior 2D Artists as well as sharing best project practices  

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of lighting, coloring, perspective and composition 

• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop  

• Ability to concept with a high degree of ideation utilizing techniques that enhance speed and revision work 

• Advanced knowledge of concept design techniques, ability to concept branding and illustration assets 

• Ability to adapt artwork based on constructive feedback 

• Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude 

• Base knowledge of some 3D tools such as Blender, and game engines such as Unreal Engine will be an advantage
