We're on the lookout for a passionate Middle/Senior 2D Game Artist to join Gameloft Saigon!

In this role, you'll contribute to exciting projects across Gameloft for Brands, focused on games with a stylized Art Direction: Applaydu Play & Discover and many more projects to come. The ability to adapt to different styles is considered a plus.

You'll play a key role in delivering visual storytelling through high-quality graphics and game assets, ensuring visual consistency throughout the development of our games. You'll also grab the opportunity to strengthen your product-oriented mindset by collaborating closely with cross-functional game development teams made up of multicultural talents to help shape the look and feel of our games. Your daily work will include:

Artistic and Technical Responsibilities:

• Ensure artwork meets quality standards and aligns with direction from Leads/Supervisors.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure smooth integration of assets into the game.
• Identify and report visual/gameplay issues; provide constructive feedback and solutions.
• Estimate, deliver, and delegate tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Create, review, and update 2D documentation; master required tools and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with producers, leads, and team members; contribute to ideation and brief development.
• Actively engage in team discussions, sharing ideas and supporting overall creative direction.

Contribution in Management:

• Thorough and organized, allowing you to work with goals and to see a project through to its end within given deadlines.
• Give necessary training and guidance to junior artists in your team.
• Support to create workshops and seminars and to share knowledge and experiences.
• Competent at coaching and training other artists.
• Ability to follow set graphical development guidelines, project workflow & creative processes.

Reporting:

• Report your tasks status to your supervisors or producers when required.
