Are you ready to dive into the wasteland and help shape one of the most iconic RPGs in gaming history? SkyBox Labs is on the lookout for an experienced 3D Environment Artist who specializes in hard surface props to join our dynamic Fallout 76 team!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a passionate crew of artists and designers to craft visually stunning and immersive environments, especially within the game’s exciting camp feature. Your creations will directly influence upcoming seasonal content, making your mark on the future of Fallout 76.

A snapshot of your role:Immerse players in the world of Fallout 76 by creating high-quality 3D environment propsCollaborate with a team of artists and designers to exchange ideas on style, functionality, and asset designAdapt to various tasks, including creating high-poly, low-poly, and textured assets as neededFollow established workflows while also suggesting new techniques and tools to improve quality and efficiencySound like you? This is what we're looking for:At least 4+ years’ experience in game development as a 3D artist creating high quality assets for gamesSpecialized in working on hard surface props or environmentsExperienced and comfortable adapting and delivering on general environment requestsExperience working on PC/console gamesProficient in Zbrush and Substance PainterProficient in Maya or 3DS Max (one or both)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamAbility to receive and deliver effective feedback, with an openness to learn and growNice-to-haves:
Experience working on weapons or armourA fan of Fallout 76 or the Fallout franchise!A portfolio and/or reel demonstrating relevant art skills is required in order to be considered for this position.

Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $45,000 - $65,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
