Review data from a 7-day audio listening diary and key/transfer information (postmark date, qualitative yes/no checkbox answers, age, zip code, start time, stop time, station information, band and/or location) to a Nielsen database
Understand, interpret, and follow a complex set of business rules and procedures
Flag entries with invalid or ambiguous information for further review as defined by policy guidelines
Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary
Adhere to quality and productivity goals
Understand production workflow and daily deadlines
Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalency (prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
1 year experience in a production or related environment preferred
Proven data entry skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures
Computer and typing skills (data entry)
Ability to prioritize and organize
Proven accuracy and execution, with ability to follow explicit instructions
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines
Must have a stable internet connection and ability to work from home in a quiet setting
