<div>As a member of the Audio Diary Processing and Crediting Team, Keyer Specialists review data from a 7-day audio listening diary completed by Nielsen respondents</div></br><b>Job Description</b></br><li>Keyer Specialists serve as subject matter experts and an escalation point for diaries flagged by Nielsen systems and/or Nielsen data entry personnel due to ambiguous information and/or data anomalies</li><li>As a prerequisite, Keyer Specialists must first have completed training and passed assessments in the upstream data entry role called the “Keyer” role.&nbsp;</li><li>Specialists must resolve time related data issues, such as 1) determine AM vs PM time assignment based on where an entry is listed within a page 2) determine duration of listening as well as start/stop times 3) determine the appropriate radio daypart 4) adjust times due to unique information provided / special circumstances</li><li>Specialists must evaluate written information to: 1) determine diary keeper comments/intent and apply modifications to entries 2) determine how to handle difficult to read/illegible entries 3) standardize entries based on set criteria 4) group/combine entries based on set criteria</li><li>Understand, interpret, and follow a complex set of business rules and procedures</li><li>Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary</li><li>Adhere to quality and productivity goals</li><li>Understand production workflow and daily deadlines</li><li>Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns</li></br><b>Job Qualifications</b></br><li>High School diploma or GED equivalency (prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)</li><li>1-2 years experience in a production or related environment</li><li>Exhibits excellent analytical, research, and decision-making skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures</li><li>Strong computer and typing skills (data entry)</li><li>Ability to prioritize and organize&nbsp;</li><li>Proven accuracy and execution, with ability to follow explicit instructions</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus</li><li>Must have a stable internet connection and ability to work from home in a quiet setting</li></br>
