ROLE SUMMARY:

We're on the lookout for an Academic and Cultural Link and Recruiter to build crucial connections with universities, companies, cultural hubs, and media. Your role involves creating strategic alliances, contributing to Keywords Studios' positioning, and supporting the recruitment of skilled individuals, especially in art-related roles. As the Link, you'll establish connections with cultural and governmental organizations to boost our presence in the country and the LATAM region. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for internships, ensuring a smooth experience and follow-ups on social service programs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the conversation alive with entertainment and cultural entities in private and public sectors.
• Team up with business stakeholders to smoothly integrate universities, ensuring access to top talent.
• Craft and implement the Internship program for MX, working hand-in-hand with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate social service/internship programs, making sure participants have a seamless experience.
• Scout for talent in top-notch colleges and universities.
• Share insights on the business impact of cultural and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Global Events manager and entertainment institutions to organize alliance and social events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in building business, cultural, and educational links.
• Experience in recruiting, especially in art-related roles.
• Skills in Public Relations, HR, Training, or Event Organization in the entertainment industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1).

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, International Relations, Creative Industries, Show Management, or a related field.
