Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Knowledge and Experience
7-8 years’ experience working within the sports media/marketing industry is desired Strong knowledge of the media industry and global football landscape Demonstrable experience managing complex clients and projects Experience managing a small-mid size team is preferable A natural problem-solving mindset is essential An understanding of TV production/technical distribution is highly beneficial A contact network within the sports media business (clubs, leagues, federations, confederations) An entrepreneurial approach to business development and regional football expansion
Skills and Abilities
Very strong verbal and written communication skills A keen eye for detail Ability to build long-lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to self-direct, motivate and take decisions using commercial intuition A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. Numerate and analytical with the ability to understand detailed financial reporting Committed to client service excellence and fostering quality business relationships
Working Conditions
