THE JOB

We are seeking an Account Executive to provide client servicing support, assist in campaign execution, and ensure that all project deliverables are met with precision. This role requires an energetic and resourceful individual who can manage administrative and operational tasks effectively.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

• Support client servicing teams in campaign execution, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Assist in project coordination, maintaining timelines, and tracking key milestones.
• Manage internal and external communication with stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams.
• Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and processing invoices.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Support in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with digital, creative, and production teams to align on project requirements.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Knowledge and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, marketing, or project coordination.
• Exposure to campaign execution and brand activations is a plus.
• Familiarity with event marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
