About the Position

We are looking for an upbeat and passionate salesperson to demonstrate the value associated with Golden State Warriors group outings at Chase Center to prospects throughout the Bay Area. In this role, you will sell and service new group sales accounts, generate new ideas to drive ticket sales and perform basic office functions as needed. This position reports to the Director, Group Sales.

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire leads from local schools, businesses, youth sports and other organizations
• Generate new business from provided lists to Bay Area organizations and single event buyers
• Maintain records of all group ticket customers
• Provide extraordinary service to existing and potential clients
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Attend select Chase Center Arena Events and Warriors home games to service clients and fulfill Fan Experience Programs
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer support experience
• Prior sales/hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong detail orientation, organizational and multitasking skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
• Ability to effectively conduct business via telephone
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Passion for sports

Physical Demands

• Able to push/pull/carry and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to climb stairs and sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods of time

Compensation

• $18.67 per hour + Bonus + Commission
