We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive II to join our Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team in South Korea. This role focuses on expanding and supporting our partnerships with Mid-Cap clients across a diverse range of industries. You will play a vital role in executing commercial strategies, managing relationships across various sectors, and driving revenue growth within this high-potential, dynamic segment.

Job Summary

  • Strategic Client Management: Manage a portfolio of Mid-Cap client accounts across diverse industries by identifying business needs and delivering tailored data solutions.

  • Expertise Development: Master the complexities of media measurement and competitive landscapes while building advanced capabilities in long-term value (LTV) modeling.

  • Value Optimization: Utilize standard procedures to analyze client needs and ensure service excellence by maximizing the value of delivered insights.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive revenue stability and reinforce Nielsen’s industry-leading position through proactive and autonomous account management.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Overcome sales and engagement challenges through proven guidelines and professional expertise to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Business Development: Lead structured engagement initiatives and direct outreach to identify and secure new business opportunities within various industry sectors.

  • Market Leadership: Participate in key industry events related to Ad Tech and Digital Marketing to network with prospects and showcase Nielsen's data authority.

  • Relationship Retention: Nurture core client relationships and drive growth through proactive renewals and strategic upselling of data insights.

Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the Media/AdTech industry and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Business Insight: Deep understanding of media business drivers to achieve objectives and demonstrate the premium value of data.

  • Data Fluency: Ability to resolve diverse client challenges by leveraging experience and market precedents to provide sound, data-driven solutions.

  • Communication Excellence: Skill in articulating complex audience metrics and ROI in a clear, compelling manner for diverse stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive and maintain high-quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
