ROKA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Specialist to support the execution of our marketing strategy. This role is crucial in managing, optimizing, and scaling digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign setup, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and data analysis to ensure marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, MNTN (Programmatic), and additional platforms as needed.
- Ensure accurate campaign pacing, budget allocation, and bid adjustments while maintaining performance benchmarks.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance, including testing creative elements, audience segments, and video assets.
Tracking, Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking using pixels, UTM parameters, and other tracking mechanisms to measure effectiveness.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools as needed to assess traffic behavior, generate insights, and support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical or tracking issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Provide regular performance reports to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to refine strategies and enhance campaign success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital ad operations, media buying, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in MNTN, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with additional ad platforms like X Ads (Twitter) or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in ad trafficking, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Deep understanding of programmatic media, paid social, and digital marketing metrics.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting tracking pixels and attribution models.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-backed recommendations.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
Work Location:
This role is an onsite position, working out of ROKA Headquarters in Austin, TX.
