We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior/Associate Marketing Affiliate Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team to work from our London HQ.
As a Marketing Affiliate Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new account acquisition and enhancing betting conversion rates across all Spotlight Sports Group affiliate brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising day-to-day operations and promoting key bookmaker partnerships to their full potential.
- Optimising the promotion of bookmaker offers to drive revenue growth for Spotlight Sports Group.
- Planning and executing daily promotion strategies for all bookmaker partner offers across Racing Post, Free Super Tips, and My Racing.
- Supporting Account Managers and bookmaker partners in fulfilling contractual marketing obligations.
- Collaborating with the content team to optimise content for converting users into revenue-driving customers.
- Generating and analysing detailed channel reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, disseminating insights to the broader business.
- Managing and maintaining promotional inventory prioritisation across our products using CMS platforms.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and departments, including editorial, design, content marketing, product, and compliance, to ensure flawless execution of marketing activations.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations in all communications.
Requirements
- A passionate individual with a solid understanding of sports and sports betting.
- Numerically proficient and data-savvy, comfortable with gathering, cleansing, and managing data.
- Effective at managing multiple work streams while communicating performance issues, deadlines, and timescales clearly.
- Proactive in role development, receptive to feedback, and consistently seeking opportunities to contribute to team success through non-routine projects.
- A catalyst for change, driving continuous improvement in performance to adapt to evolving business and market conditions.
- Demonstrates agility and personal pace, influencing the tempo of the wider team and adapting seamlessly to changing environments and tactics, whether working with established brands or startups.
