THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a AI & Data Intern to our Marketing Operations B2P team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

This is more than just an internship; it’s an invitation to be at the forefront of the AI revolution. You will be the architect of our "Procedural Memory," helping us take the next leap in Artificial Intelligence. If you are passionate about how technology connects people and processes, this is your chance to learn, build, and scale a global operation’s digital brain from the ground up in a fast-paced tech environment.

Here at Wellhub, you will live a minimum 12-month experience with a comprehensive development package. This means tailored training, individualized guidance, and a challenging project for you to lead during your first year. To give you full support right from the start, you will join a buddy program designed to ease your integration and onboarding, ensuring you feel completely at home. YOUR IMPACT

  • Be a pioneer in documenting and defining operational processes, ensuring our team is "AI Ready" for the next generation of automation.
  • Act as a promoter of AI adoption, building the structured knowledge base that will empower autonomous agents to execute global campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of cutting-edge platforms, mapping data streams and logic to ensure our growth is scalable and governed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to preserve operational intelligence during major business migrations, preventing the loss of critical technical legacy.
  • Democratize information across the organization, transforming "tacit knowledge" into a shared technical asset for all stakeholders.
  • Bridge the gap between complex technical setups and clear, actionable procedural manuals that drive day-to-day efficiency.
  • Roll up your sleeves to help solve technical debt, turning messy legacy systems into structured, future-proof workflows.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Who You Are

  • A tech-curious student currently pursuing a degree in technology, engineering, or related fields, with a deep interest in the evolving landscape of AI and Data.
  • A structural thinker who is passionate about how things connect behind the scenes and how these connections transform raw processes into business results.
  • A methodical and organized builder who finds joy in creating order out of chaos and designing processes that actually work.
  • A strong communicator capable of bridging the gap between technical logic and human collaboration through professional documentation.
  • An autonomous learner with the drive to master complex environments like CDPs and AI-driven Marketing stacks with minimal hand-holding.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can navigate legacy systems to build long-term, scalable solutions for a global ecosystem.
  • A collaborative team player who excels at dialoguing with diverse stakeholders to extract and structure vital business information.
  • A fluent communicator in both Portuguese and English, ready to operate within global documentation standards and international teams.
