Mission

As an AI Art Lead, you’ll play a key role in founding and shaping Homa’s brand-new AI Art Unit. You will report directly to the Creative Director and partner closely with our 2D, 3D, and Animation Leads to build the creative pipelines of the future. Your work will drive how our teams deliver faster, more polished, and more innovative assets.

You’ll start hands-on: setting up workflows, testing tools, and directly supporting artists. Over time, you’ll grow into a leadership role, managing a small AI team and serving as the company’s go-to authority on AI-driven art and video production. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Build and refine AI workflows for producing polished 2D, 3D, and animated assets.
• Support traditional artists with AI-enhanced tools, ensuring faster delivery without compromising style.
• Own AI-assisted video production, from script and storyboard to final commercial delivery.
• Scout, test, and integrate new AI tools, keeping the team on the cutting edge of what’s possible.
• Lay the foundation of the AI unit and mentor future hires in this space.

Requirements

Experience

We are looking for someone with proven expertise in technical art and AI-driven creative workflows and the curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You’re a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience in technical art, VFX, or pipeline development within games, animation, or advertising, you know how creative production runs end-to-end.
• Strong command of AI art and video tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Layer AI, Blender AI plugins) and the ability to adapt as the landscape evolves.
• Ability to design scalable workflows that support multiple art styles and formats, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
• A proactive R&D mindset passionate about scouting, testing, and integrating new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Bonus: experience mentoring others or setting up new creative/technical teams.
