We’re hiring an AI Automation Engineer to help us work smarter, move faster, and deliver more impact — across every team and function. This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of applied AI in a mission-driven company.
You’ll identify high-leverage opportunities to apply AI and automation to internal operations, build the tools to make that happen, and help create a more intelligent and efficient company. From sales and customer success to finance and product ops, your work will unlock time, reduce complexity, and increase the intelligence behind our decisions and actions.
This role will work closely with the VP of Growth and have high visibility — including regular collaboration with the CEO and members of the Senior Leadership Team — to shape how AI is used across the company. The right candidate will be both a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who is passionate about LeagueApps’ mission and energized by our fast-paced environment.
Youth sports organizers are doing some of the hardest work in the world — and our mission is to make their lives easier. By improving how LeagueApps operates internally, you’ll free up more time for our teams to focus on delivering value to customers, scaling impact through our platform, and investing in underserved communities through FundPlay.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other LeagueApps employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at LeagueApps to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
