Keywords Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Manager to help us grow our AI Center of Excellence. This individual will be instrumental in coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, facilitating council meetings, and supporting internal and external communications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management who excels in communication and coordination. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a new team environment where everyone pitches in.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and track progress of various AI-related projects across different departments, ensuring they stay aligned with objectives and timelines. 
• Assist in organizing and running council meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items. 
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams on internal and external AI messaging initiatives. 
• Serve as a liaison between departments and partners, facilitating clear and effective communication. 
• Implement project management best practices to ensure efficient and timely completion of initiatives. 
• Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as scheduling, budget tracking, and progress reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or operations management experience. 
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology, gaming, or marketing environment. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and copywriting skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Familiarity with the video game industry is an asset.
