We are looking for an AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Documentation Operations team in Dhaka. This individual will review AI-generated notes against provider-signed medical documentation, identify issues, and create accurate, provider-aligned scribe templates. In some cases, this may require watching English-language videos and understanding the clinical or instructional outcomes to build or revise documentation formats.
This high-impact role requires fluency in English, excellent written communication, understanding medical terminology and the ability to process large volumes of information quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, fast, analytical, and skilled at turning complex English content, whether written or spoken, into usable clinical templates or support guides.
Redlining & Quality Review:
Compare AI-generated notes to provider-signed documentation to identify missing, incorrect, or improperly phrased content.
Template Creation:
Create and update scribe documentation templates that follow provider-specific formatting, tone, and structure preferences. Templates must be written clearly, formatted precisely, and ready for real-time use.
Outcome Understanding:
Review written materials or videos in English—such as recorded provider workflows or note reviews—and extract key outcomes to guide template design or update.
Provider Communication:
Collaborate with doctors or clinical stakeholders to understand their preferences, clarify expectations, and ensure the AI-generated outputs meet their standards. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable quality improvements.
Instruction and Guide Writing:
Draft clear English-language guides, formatting instructions, and process walkthroughs for use by internal teams. Ensure content is professional, consistent, and easy to follow.
Documentation and Reporting:
Track work progress in shared systems like Google Sheets or ClickUp. Write up summaries of findings, template changes, and improvement opportunities with clarity and precision.
Process Adherence:
Follow all established redlining and documentation protocols carefully and consistently to ensure accuracy, standardization, and repeatability.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work with clinical QA, product, and operations teams across global offices to align on best practices, documentation expectations, and provider-specific needs.
Excellent English Proficiency:
Fluent in both reading and writing English, with the ability to watch and understand video content in English and summarize or act on it accurately.
Extreme Attention to Detail:
Able to catch subtle phrasing issues or documentation mismatches and flag them precisely.
Strong Analytical and Writing Skills:
Comfortable reviewing complex clinical or instructional materials and turning them into clear, usable templates or internal guides.
Customer-Facing Experience: Ability to interact with doctors or stakeholders to align on quality expectations and tool performance.
Fast Turnaround & Process Discipline:
Capable of producing high-quality work quickly and following detailed processes without error.
Medical Terminology Familiarity:
Basic understanding of clinical language and documentation standards preferred; training will be provided if needed.
Team-Oriented Mindset:
Works well with others, communicates clearly, and contributes to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
A bachelor's degree in Biotech, medicine, or pharmacy is preferred.
Prompt Engineering, or the ability to write excellent prompts.
Hands-on experience with the Medical Scribe Industry.
Knowledge of medical notes, AI notes, and industry best practices is preferred.
Experience in provider communication or customer-facing roles to understand and align outputs with client expectations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvement.
