Team

You'll be joining our Gaming Art team, working closely with Homa’s AI experts, a highly experimental group building the workflows, tools, and visual outputs that help teams move faster and create better content across the company. This team sits at the intersection of art, operations, technology, and production, supporting game teams, creative teams, and internal stakeholders with high-quality AI-generated resources, visuals, and scalable workflows.

We’re organized around close collaboration between:

• Art & AI: creating high-quality illustrations, assets, and production workflows
• Game teams: supporting flagship products with faster, better visual production
• Creative / UA teams: helping produce visuals and content for marketing and user acquisition needs

Mission

As an AI Strategic Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling how AI is leveraged at Homa, with a strong focus on the art teams. You will be part of a lean, high-impact AI team working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and product, building workflows, exploring new tools, creating visuals, and turning emerging AI capabilities into concrete, high-value use cases.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and build scalable AI workflows (e.g. image generation pipelines, tooling, automation)
• Produce high-quality visuals (illustrations, assets, creatives), with attention to composition, iteration, and feedback
• Continuously explore and experiment with new AI tools, identifying opportunities to improve quality and speed
• Solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems, translating team needs into practical AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams (art, product, UA, creative, etc.) and adapt to a wide variety of use cases
• Contribute to scaling AI adoption internally by making workflows, tools, and outputs more accessible and reusable

👉 This is a highly hands-on and evolving role, offering a unique opportunity to rapidly develop deep expertise in applied AI. You’ll experiment, build, and scale real use cases, gaining in months what typically takes years.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in AI, problem-solving, and building practical solutions, and the curiosity and ambition to constantly push things forward. You’re a great fit if you have:

• A strong interest/experience in AI and experimentation, with hands-on experience using tools (image generation, automation, no-code/low-code, scripting, etc.) or the ability to ramp up very quickly
• Experience with AI creative tools (e.g. ComfyUI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• A structured and logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and find practical solutions
• A builder mindset, you don’t just think or strategize, you execute, test, iterate, and improve
• High adaptability and learning agility, comfortable working with constantly evolving tools and contexts
• An interest in visual output and quality, with a good eye for what looks right (composition, clarity, polish), even if you don’t come from a traditional art background
• Strong ownership and speed, able to balance quality with fast delivery

Bonus:

• Experience in consulting, product, startups, or roles involving problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with tools like Photoshop or other visual editing tools
