About the role
Sporty Group is seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Video Specialist to help shape the future of how we tell stories, activate brands, and captivate audiences through cutting-edge video content.
This is not a traditional video editor role but rather, we’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of creativity and technology, understands the capabilities of AI video generation, and can turn ambitious ideas into groundbreaking visual experiences. From creating motion-driven brand assets to experimenting with generative tools like VEO, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Kaiber, Sora, and beyond, you’ll be our internal pioneer of next-gen content.
You will be part of the global creative team, working across Sporty Group’s ecosystem – including SportyStudios, SportyTV, SportyBet, Football.com, and Sporty.com – and collaborating closely with Branding, Product, Marketing, and Social teams.
What you'll be doingDevise and produce innovative video content using a mix of AI tools, motion graphics, and traditional editing workflowsPropose new formats, experimental content ideas, and visual concepts aligned with our brand, platform capabilities, and audience trendsMaster and push the limits of cutting-edge AI tools, including (but not limited to):- VEO (OpenAI)- Runway ML (Gen-2)- Pika Labs- Kaiber- Sora (OpenAI, when available)- Midjourney + AnimateDiff- Topaz Video AI, EbSynth, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs (voice)Integrate motion graphics, 2D/3D elements, typography, and transitions to elevate content aesthetics and storytellingBuild reusable templates, visual systems, and modular content formats for brand campaigns, social assets, product demos, and moreSupport key launches and hero campaigns with fast-turnaround creative assets adapted to different channels and marketsStay ahead of creative, cultural, and technological trends in AI video and generative media to continuously evolve our visual identityCollaborate with creatives, copywriters, marketers, product designers, and social media managers across regionsMaintain an organized archive of projects, versions, assets, and AI workflows for consistency and scalabilityWhat you'll bring2 - 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or digital storytellingFluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is essentialExperience in sports, betting, gaming, or entertainment industries is preferred. We can also consider work placements whilst completing your studies, if relevantDeep working knowledge of tools, including:- VEO, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, D-ID, etc.- Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator- (Bonus) Cinema 4D, Blender, Notch, Unreal or similar 3D/real-time toolsProven ability to ideate, prototype, and produce AI-powered video content at high qualityA sharp visual eye and design sensibility: you know what looks fresh, cinematic, and brand-alignedA strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing both technical skill and original creative thinkingStrategic mindset: You’re not just a technician, but a storyteller who understands narrative, format, and platform logicPassion for creative experimentation and new technologiesStrong communication skills and experience collaborating in a multicultural, remote teamComfortable working under pressure, managing priorities, and iterating quicklyWhat’s In It For You
