• Build and implement a robust AML framework and risk management methodology for Tipico's store business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of the AML framework by conducting regular improvement cycles, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Take charge of reporting activities pertaining to AML risk management, providing comprehensive insights to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
• Maintain open lines of communication with senior management and the Board, delivering timely updates on audits, investigations, and reviews in progress.
• Assume a leadership role in guiding and supporting AML teams (B2B and B2B2C) in the creation or enhancement of retail policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of AML-related procedures across internal departments and functional areas to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Perform diligent reviews of internal suspicious transaction/activity reports, promptly escalating relevant cases to appropriate authorities for further action.
