AMOE Shift Supervisor

Due to major growth we are expanding our Payments, Trust & Safety Team in Manila and currently looking for AMOE Shift Supervisor to join the team.

The AMOE Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence with internal policies and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure business-critical and end-user critical metrics are considered.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Perform Shift Support & Management
• Review escalations and concerns
• Perform Shift Monitoring
• Escalate any system or tool issues
• Provides additional operational support as needed
• Prepares EOD reports on performances and challenges faced
• Perform Ad hoc Task
