Job Description

Job Title: Analyst – Production Observation
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Analyst – Production Observation to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Production Features and User Journeys across different Devices as Identified and Analyzed through FullStory Analysis tool (www.fullstory.com).
We are driving latest mode of PROD Quality by performing Special Purpose Production validation across various user journeys in our business. We do this employing Manual, Automation Driven and 3rd Party Crowd Testing to assure localized validations and highest standard QoS for our customer in both Streaming and Other journeys.
This User behavioral analysis through FullStory, will be critical addition to our objective to get precise customer experience pattern and various impediments.
This Team will consume all monitoring analysis, Customer Support Inputs and Feature changes. Subsequent to that device appropriate FullStory analysis report generation to determine fine grained hint about customer experience and issue that they are facing





Responsibilities:
  • Perform Details analysis of FullStory report and Video streams.
  • Configure various funnels, Reports suitable and efficient for analysis.
  • Understand DAZN Product flow and variations so that appropriate configuration can be done in FullStory.
  • Generate Details and High level Executive report for stakeholder distribution

    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Having Certification in FullStory product suite
  • Total 3+ Years of experience with 2+ years of relevant exp in FullStory tool as detail user of this tool.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing principles.
  • Familiarity with Testing Strategy , performance testing, security testing, and other non-functional testing aspects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
