**Job Description**

A SAP HR role for 1-2 years of experience typically involves entry-level tasks such as system testing, supporting payroll and time management, and assisting senior consultants with project phases like gathering requirements and preparing documentation. Responsibilities include data quality assurance, troubleshooting minor technical issues, assisting with system configuration, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HR processes are effectively supported by the SAP system. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management:Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee master data within the SAP HR system. 
  • System Testing:Conducting functional testing of changes and updates in both test and production environments to ensure they meet requirements. 
  • Incident and Change Support:Assisting in resolving technical incidents and supporting the implementation of changes to the SAP HR system. 
  • Project Support:Participating in project phases by gathering information, documenting business requirements, and assisting with project deliverables. 
  • Reporting and Analytics:Generating standard reports or assisting with the development of more complex reports for HR and other departments. 
  • User Support:Interacting with business end-users to clarify requirements and provide support for the HR system. 
  • Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiencies and recommending potential enhancements. 
    **Qualifications**

    Education:

    • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 
    • System Knowledge:Foundational understanding of SAP HR (or SAP HCM/SuccessFactors) modules, even if not deep configuration expertise. 

    Soft Skills:

    • Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and project teams.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and find root causes.
    • Attention to Detail: Essential for data accuracy and thorough testing.
    • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, including HR, IT, and support partners.
