DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the classification and/or validation of data before finalization. Ensure all Ad Intel data including data supplied by external vendors - meets established quality standards.

Job Responsabilities
  • Classification and/or validation of television commercial data, according to established business rules.
  • Add supplemental data to classified commercial occurrences.
  • Make classification decisions according to established guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve client-originating quality challenges as needed.
  • Assist in training and support to associates as needed.
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed.
  • Interact with Ad Intel Research and Education departments to provide input regarding specific guideline questions and requirements.
  • Work with strategy and development teams to identify, craft, develop, and test enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Interact with other team members to provide detailed feedback and follow-up for all supported areas.

  • Role Requirements
  • Interpretation, transcription, excellent spelling and grammar skills in American English and Spanish
  • Must speak, write, and understand American English
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and write in Spanish; Spanish content includes primarily Mexican Spanish and Caribbean Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting weekly deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Exposure to US advertising & TV programming is a plus
  • Production environment experience a plus
  •  Analysts must be willing/able to meet shift expectations Scheduled hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Central time . Days off may vary Sunday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday.
