Sportradar MSS Unit is responsible for developing and maintaining the Upstream Data platform of Sportradar's world-leading sports betting services, providing data to hundreds of Bookmakers around the globe, seen by millions of users daily, and supporting more than 100k transactions per second.

THE ROLE:
How Will Success Be Evaluated?
- Quality and performance in the work assigned by the line manager.
- Quality and accuracy in the incident’s resolution.
- Quality in the creation of documentation.
- Quality in the new release deployments.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Providing application support to partners and customers using Sportradar MSS software and systems. Troubleshooting problems by gathering and analyzing log files.
- Providing technical support by using the service tool, skype, slack, email and telephone to customers experiencing problems ensuring the SLAs agreed with customers are met.
- Monitoring systems and following fault resolution procedures.
- Deploying new releases to UAT and Production Environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 5 years’ experience working as support engineer or equivalent role.
- English Level B2.
- Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese mother tonge.
- Windows Server 2012, 2016 or 2019 administration.
- Linux (CentOS, RedHat) basic services understanding.
- Log file analysis understanding.
- Monitoring system experience.
- SQL Language understanding and experience would be an advantage.
- TCP/IP Networks basic concepts and internet knowledge.
- Adherence to IT policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service.
- Experience with GitLab or any CD/CI tool would be an advantage.
- Experience with JBoss/Wildfly administration would be an advantage.
- Experience with IIS administration would be an advantage.
