About the Role

The Commure Accounts Receivable (AR) team is looking for exceptional candidates to support an ever expanding list of customers. We are a fast paced, growth oriented team that takes pride in exceptional work, and has fun while doing it. In this role, you will be responsible for a list of customers and ensuring that they get current on their AR account and stay current by leveraging systems, teamwork and communication. Those who succeed in this role will be great communicators, excellent problem solvers, and above all else, proactive. This is an on site night shift role and will report to the Global AR team in the US.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a list of customers and ensure they pay in a timely manner.

• Problem solving complex collection issues, managing customer and company interests through follow-ups, phone calls and emails.

• Report on customer status, working closely with multiple departments address slow payers

• Assist in month end bank reconciliation

• Manage Cash Application

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1 year job experience or internship

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills is a MUST

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word) and Google Suite

• Must be able to work in our Dhaka office.

Good to have

• 1 - 2 years job experience at a US based company

• 1 - 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Sales or Finance

Shift Detail

• Night shift, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am (Monday to Friday) Bangladesh local time

• Hybrid shift, 6:00 pm - 3:00 am (Monday to Friday) Bangladesh local time
