The Area Lead, Central is responsible for supporting multiple retail Store Leaders across North America in guiding operations and performance. Through authentic connection, you will be the one to provide strategic direction, support building brand awareness and drive business growth and profitability in alignment with On’s mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. Through your strong inspirational leadership and guidance of Store Leaders, you foster a high-performance culture and promote employee engagement while developing a strong pipeline of talent to fuel our growth.
The Area Lead, Central will report directly into the Head or Retail, Americas and support the Central Region of North America. In this role you will collaborate with Store Leaders to address operational challenges and implement process improvements. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee growth. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities, develop community relationships, and drive revenue growth.
