Driving Sales: You are spearheading the sales of our innovative technological solutions in your sales area (as we are growing we are looking for new EGYMees across the UK)
Consulting: You act as a business and tech consultant to analyse and understand your client’s business challenges in detail
Showcasing: You promote and give demos of EGYM’s solutions in the assigned sales territory and generate new business opportunities through, e.g. cold calling, sales visits, and convert them into sales in a highly professional manner
Business Cases: You create and present business cases, offers and concepts for a wide range of clients
Events: You manage and attend regional sales events with the support of our Marketing team
Reporting: You are responsible for a regular sales reporting (using Salesforce) directly to our Country Director
Your fitness level
Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy preferably with a technological background, including a successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services
Fitness Industry: You were ideally working in a commercial or financial role or as a manager of a sport, fitness or health centre before and have a deep understanding of economics and business model design
Public Authority/Trusts: You preferably have experience in working with public authority/trusts
Results: You are a highly motivated and result-driven person looking to shape the future of the fitness and health industry with the ability to create and grow your customer network
Structure: You are highly structured in your daily work and have knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
Communication: You are passionate about digitalisation and have excellent communication skills (solid level of English - spoken and written) to spread this passion
Your training goal for your first 6 months
CRM Knowledge: You will confidently manage the customer database in Salesforce
Product Demonstrations: You will perform at least 2-4 demonstrations per week
Events: You will help promote and organise at least 2 trade events in your region
Close Sales: You will complete at least one full sales process
