IMG’s digital team provides Consultancy and Agency services to accelerate the digital performance of the biggest names in sport. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, improve the use of social media and can help you deliver against your wider business objectives. We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue. What You’ll Do: Get ready to bring digital campaigns to life! You’ll dream up creative ideas, plan and run social media and marketing projects, and work with awesome designers, video editors, and community managers across the globe. You’ll track results, share insights with clients, and stay ahead of the latest trends. Basically, you’ll help turn great ideas into campaigns that make an impact—while having fun doing it! Generating ideas and then planning and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns on behalf of clients Briefing and managing social media community managers in multiple countries / multiple projects Managing content production including working with graphic designers and video editors Responsible for content planning and evaluation of results including KPI tracking Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company) Project management and milestone tracking to meet deadlines Writing reports for delivery to clients, including media performance and insights Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and Experience
Experience working with social and digital media and a perspective on the impact of all leading Western platforms (e.g. IG, FB, X, TikTok, etc.) An understanding of digital marketing – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial) • Previous experience in client-facing roles or • experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organisation Experience with content planning, production, and publishing across multiple platforms and channels Excellent editing and writing skills with the ability to devise and edit content for various digital platforms A knowledge and passion for sport
The work location is Chiswick Park, London. This is a permanent contract.
