: Reports To: Manager, HR Operations Location: London – Stockley Park 4 Long Walk Contract Type: Permanent Working days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, hybrid What You’ll Do: As a key member of the IMG Studios team, the HR Operations Assistant will work closely with both the HR Business Partners and Recruiters to provide an exceptional employee experience to our employees across the EMEA region. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Accurately process all employee lifecycle events—including new hires, job changes, compensation adjustments, and terminations—within our HR Information System (Workday). Draft and issue employment contracts and other employee paperwork via our esign platform, ensuring all documentation is collected and recorded accurately on Workday. Take responsibility for processing and tracking pre-employment checks via our background checking partner and raising any issues with the HR Business Partners in a proactive and timely manner. Track onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and coordinate with IT and Facilities to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment, workspace, and access.

A keen interest in HR, with a Batchelor’s degree in HR or a similar field preferred but not necessary. A motivated self-starter with excellent organisation and communication skills.
