About the Job 

  •  Team Management and Development:
    o Manage sales team for the day to day operations
    o Train new team members.
    o Monitor performance of team success.

    • Sales Process Optimization:
    o Streamline sales operations through improved processes and tools.
    o Allocate resources effectively (leads, budgets, scheduling).
    o Manage the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.

    • Supporting the Sales Team:
    o Assist with creating proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
    o Develop sales collateral and presentations tailored to doctors' specific needs and interests.
    o Identify and qualify potential new doctors for the sales team to target.
    o Act as a liaison between doctors, sales team and customers.
    o Generate reports, track metrics, and provide sales insights.

    • Additional Responsibilities:
    o Collaborate with other departments to support sales.
    o Troubleshoot issues and find solutions within the sales process.
    o Stay informed on industry trends and sales methodologies.
